An unfinished public school building. Construction of this large modern school began in 2015 and continued for roughly three years. By the time the structure was nearly complete — utilities installed, finishing work almost done, doors fitted in every room — various corruption schemes came to light and the project was frozen.

For almost ten years now the building has stood effectively abandoned: the roof and windows leak, and the walls and floors have been damaged by damp. The site is overgrown and sits not far from an active construction project nearby. Entry into the building is unrestricted, but you should move around the grounds carefully to avoid being spotted by the construction workers.
