Artillery Bunkers D-MT

An artillery position on a mountain summit, covering the pass below. Four bunkers cast in monolithic concrete were built to shelter heavy-calibre guns. Slogans, reminders and instruction charts from the communist era are still visible on the walls.

It is unclear why the position was placed here: the spot is extremely hard to reach. The bunkers have been slightly damaged by metal scavengers.
