Artillery Bunkers F-ZT

A standard artillery position consisting of four protected gun emplacements, remarkable for the fact that concrete protective doors of “human” scale — the kind normally installed in shelters and command posts — were fitted here and have even survived to this day. The gun shelters are assembled from prefabricated elements bearing factory stamps from the reinforced-concrete plants of Fier and Lushnja, dated 1973–1977, which means the position was built in the late 1970s or early 1980s.

Access to the bunkers is unrestricted; inside there are remnants of hay and corn stalks. Military instructions have been preserved on the walls of all the shelters. Adjacent to the firing positions there is a storage tunnel fitted with rusting external iron gates, where a local farmer now keeps his garden equipment.
