Artillery Bunkers T-LR along the Hill

An artillery position on a hill east of Tirana. Just below the ridgeline, seven or eight underground shelters for artillery guns face north-west. Some are so thickly overgrown that they are barely visible from the road. All have been gutted to a greater or lesser extent by locals searching for scrap metal. The map marker is placed at the northern shelter; the remaining ones extend southward along a track heavily choked with blackberry brambles and ferns.

On the neighbouring hill beside the lake there is an observation post consisting of two small mushroom bunkers. Unguarded.
