A large abandoned workshop with a two-storey administrative annex attached. No equipment has survived, yet the walls still bear posters bearing advice for workers. The building most likely served as a vehicle repair facility — servicing trucks or buses. It was built during the communist period. The site is unguarded, though stray dogs may be present on the grounds.
