Cardboard Factory

A former factory that produced paper and cardboard. It has been preserved in good condition both inside and out, owing to the fact that it is guarded. All the machinery remains on site — old and thoroughly rusted, but still in place. The perimeter is enclosed by a fence. Inside the administrative building there is a chemical laboratory as well as offices that have been given a modern fit-out. The security guard leaves at night but begins making rounds of the grounds from early morning.
