City Hotel in Modernist Style K-R

A large hotel built back in the communist era as a holiday home for miners. It stayed open into the 2020s and even survived Covid, but had a very low rating and poor reviews because of problems with water, electricity and room cleaning. It closed around 2024.

It has green, fenced grounds, surrounded by a resort town — a promenade, villas and beaches. The building is in about 3-out-of-5 condition: inside, everything is broken and hardly any doors or windows remain, though the furniture, plumbing fixtures, mattresses and pillows have survived.

A watchman keeps an eye on the place from beside the main entrance. There are CCTV cameras — no guarantee they work, but the watchman has sharp hearing.
