City Hotel in Modernist Style S-P

A ruined three-storey building of a former holiday home with annexes, built in the socialist-modernist style during the communist era. It has been reduced to bare walls — the roof is gone, almost all the plaster has crumbled away, and the brickwork is exposed. The building stands on high ground, and its windows open onto striking views of the surrounding countryside and the snow-capped mountain peaks. The condition of the structure is close to dangerous, yet the staircases and balconies are still holding.
