Coastal Artillery Bunkers V-DL

A standard coastal artillery position on the peninsula. Four bunkers constructed from prefabricated concrete elements, partially covered with earth. They were designed to shelter heavy-calibre artillery. A few metres higher up stands a rangefinder. On the rangefinder’s walls, instructional notes and tables to assist the gunners have been preserved. Nearby are small firing points housed in mushroom bunkers.
