Command Bunker of the Lushnja District

A small headquarters defensive structure hewn into the rock. It has three entrances, two of which have been blocked with rubble. Beyond the blast-lock vestibules of each entrance, a working block began. The remnants of brick partition walls are all that recall the rooms these blocks were divided into. In all likelihood, blast doors, a generator, and other technical systems were once installed here, but scrap metal collectors stripped them away. It is possible the facility was never fully completed.

The site is entirely unguarded, and the entrance faces someone’s vegetable garden. Locals dump rubbish into the entrance and sometimes set it on fire. Inside, a homeless person’s dwelling was found — insulated with fibreglass wool — along with fresh traces of recent occupation.
