Semi-Abandoned University Building

A huge building that was meant to become a university. Construction began in 2012 but was later ruled illegal and left unfinished, though very little remained to be done.

On the ground floor there is a working café, some rooms are used as a furniture store, and events are occasionally held in the spacious foyer. All the other floors are completely empty and abandoned — even though the lifts still work. There is access to balconies with columns, while the staircase up to the spire has been dismantled, along with the walls beneath it.
