Former Military Base with Several Tunnels and Bunkers T-T

A military unit on the outskirts of Tirana, where anti-aircraft guns and equipment for combat crews stationed in the surrounding area were stored in garage-style tunnels. Until 2019, derelict anti-aircraft guns could still be seen on the grounds; they were then sent for smelting at the Kurum steel plant in Elbasan.

The site includes several ruined buildings, five storage tunnels running into the hillside, and one command bunker of approximately 50 sq. m. There are no hermetic doors — the metal has been stripped.

All areas of the base are freely accessible. The field is used by locals for grazing livestock. Strangers are regarded with suspicion but not hostility.
