House of Culture K-E

A House of Culture in a regional centre, abandoned roughly ten to fifteen years ago. The main hall has survived in yellow-and-blue décor, complete with rows of seats, a balcony, and a stage. On the stage stands a table with computers, suggesting that elections or some other public gathering took place here shortly before the building closed. The roof above the stage has collapsed. On the ground floor near the entrance a small bar was once set up. On the upper floor there is a room into which old computers have been dumped. One Chinese film projector has survived, and beside it lie several reels of film from old Albanian movies.

The obvious entrances to the building are locked — a little patience and attentiveness will be required.
