HQ-2 Missiles Site D-H

A military base set on a hillside that once served as a launch site for HQ-2 missiles, the Chinese counterpart of the S-75. Six launch tables are arranged roughly in a circle, flanked by several underground garages built for tractors, radar units, and other equipment, with a network of covered galleries connecting them. The compound also contains two command-and-communications bunkers, an underground fuel storage facility, and a number of brick buildings and barracks.

Local residents have taken over several of the barracks for their own smallholdings.
