Radio Communications Bunker S-PA

A former military base set some distance from the nearest town. It has two pairs of bunkers resembling fortified garages. They were most likely used to house truck-mounted mobile radio stations or radars. The position sits on high ground, and the apron in front of the shelters opens onto a view across a vast plateau, with a mountain range on the horizon along which runs the border with Montenegro (and, earlier, with Yugoslavia) — the radars most probably faced in exactly that direction.
