Train Station in Elbasan and Abandoned Cars Nearby

The train station of the industrial city of Elbasan. Trains once ran here from the city of Durrës, but services ceased in 2024. The station building itself is small and unremarkable. What makes the site interesting are the abandoned passenger carriages of GDR manufacture, left standing on the tracks. They are in poor condition: covered in graffiti, with smashed windows and many seats destroyed.
