University in a Former Industrial Workshop

A former precision-engineering factory, shut down and stripped after the fall of the communist regime. It was bought up by a private entrepreneur and converted into a private university. The university operated for a few years until it was caught running sham courses and selling diplomas. The interior is empty. The one curious sight is the palm trees planted inside a workshop — where machine tools once stood, someone decided to make a small garden. An unusual picture.
