Vlora Car Dump

A graveyard of cars impounded or confiscated by the police after crashes, criminal disputes and other illegal activity. The dump covers a considerable area, with cars piled on top of one another like a film set. There is no fence — except for the cars themselves, stacked up and blocking the way in at ground level.

In the summer of 2026, it was decided to cut back the area of this car graveyard sharply: three quarters of the cars were removed, leaving only those right around the guard post. The guard is a retirement-age police officer.
