Winery and Distillery

An abandoned factory that once produced alcoholic beverages. It occupies a single large building. Closed in 2014 and put up for sale, the plant once turned out a wide range of products — several varieties of wine and various types of spirits. The bottling line survives intact, as do semi-underground storage tanks, a laboratory, management offices, numerous crates and barrels, packs of labels and excise stamps, and several hundred bottles of finished wine.

There are no guards, though someone occasionally visits the factory grounds. The site sits in an industrial zone surrounded by active properties, making a visit after dark the safest approach. Some ingenuity may be required to find a way inside the building.
